Chairman's Message
The RRBs have been playing distinct and significant role in the process of socio-economic development of the country. Therefore, RRBs have been accepted as the best agency with their organizational potential to reach the last person of the society and thereby establish the grass-root contacts. We are continuously working and updating ourselves to keep pace with the fast changing banking sector.
It is with a matter of great pride that I have adorned the chair as Chairman of this prestigious organization on 25th July 2023, with an aim to continue the journey of growth and development the Bank has embarked upon. The Bank, with its 90 branches has given top priority to the Agriculture sector along with taking care of the requirements of other sectors of the economy. We are committed towards the various initiatives of the Government under financial inclusion program.
It is heartening that we have a very responsible and dedicated Board of Directors to not only take right policy decisions, but also implement the same. They are forever striving to improve the Bank’s working and to lead the institution towards growth and development. For this I thank each Director individually. I would also like to thank the members of the Management Team for exhibiting excellent leadership to guide employees of all grades in coping up with the rapidly-changing banking sector. The employees who are the real strength of the organization deserve applauds and recognition for playing their role in the all round growth of the Bank. I take this opportunity to thank the RBI, NABARD and other industry participants for their support and guidance. I also thank our customers, for keeping their faith in our vision and ability which is always a source of strength and inspiration for the Bank and its entire staff, reflecting in its performance, achievement and results. While concluding, I wish to quote Alexander Graham Bell who famously said “the achievement of one goal should be the starting point of another”. All our positive and pragmatic endeavors will hopefully enable us to ensure sustainable growth for the Bank.
