3. Rate Limiting: To prevent spam and ensure quality service, we enforce a cooling
period of 60 minutes between submissions from the same device/IP address.
4. Tracking: Upon submission, you will receive a unique Complaint ID. Please retain this
ID for tracking the status of your grievance.
5. Third-Party Sharing: Your data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties and
is accessible only to authorized grievance redressal officers.
